This expansive and luxurious 7 bedroom accommodation is ideal for 3
families as it is spread across 3 levels with a bathroom on every floor. Plenty of room for
everyone to have their own space.
A quick 2 minute walk to the beach to catch the sunrise in
the morning, large open style fully equipped kitchen and living area for the morning coffee catch
ups, load up the beach bags and spend your days at one of NZs top beaches - located right on
your door step!
When you’re ready to head back to your home away from home our hot
outdoor shower awaits you.......time to wash off the salty beach memories and head on up to
the top deck, heat up the bbq, grab an ice cold beverage and watch the sun set on another
perfect day in paradise.

ABOUT WHANGAMATA
Located about 30 kilometres north of Waihi, the small town of
Whangamata lies on thesoutheast coast of the Coromandel Peninsula in the
North Island of New Zealand.
Our beautiful town prides itself on its gorgeous lush green forests and of course the famous golden sandy surfbeach. Whangamata offers fantastic fishing, some of the best surf breaks, native bush walks, a mountain bike park, and many local mouth-watering eateries. We also have lots of trendy clothing and homeware stores to get lost in and so much more! There is something for the whole family!

BOOKING INFORMATION
Minimum night requirements:
2 night minimum all year round.
3 night minimum on long weekends.
4 night minimum over Beach Hop.
4 night minimum from December 20th and
across the January school holidays.

Check in times:
Self Check In
Check in time is from 2pm on the day of your arrival.
We will reach out prior to your arrival with details on how to access the property.
Checking out:
Check out time is 10am on the day of your departure.
Please ensure you have left the kitchen clean and tidy with your dishes washed
and dried (or the dishwasher loaded and switched on).
Please separate your rubbish into the bins provided.

We ask that you respect the neighbours and
have noise down by 10pm apart from on New Year’s Eve.
Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, or anything unlawful will be dealt with immediately and may result in you being asked to leave the property immediately.
NEED TO KNOW
All linen is provided and is not to leave the premises.
You will need to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide these.
On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
You may not pitch tents or have campervans, caravans, and house buses on our site.
Extra-person charges may apply if your group fails to keep in line with the max person’s policy.
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card is required for
confirmation of booking and incidental charges.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Payment:
Full prepayment is required prior to your stay and a credit card is needed to secure your booking.
For future bookings more than 3 months in advance 50% of total booking fee is required at time of
booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Please note an additional cleaning fee of $250.00 applies per booking. Please note all linen is
included in our price. This is a reflection of our cleaning fee. This includes all sheets, bedding and
towels. Please note: Beach towels are not provided – you will need to bring your own.
Damage and incidentals:
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card is required for confirmation of booking
and incidental charges.You will be responsible if there is any damage evident to the rental property caused by you or your group during your stay. Please report any damage or breakages immediately.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel within 21 days of your arrival date and receive a full refund.
- Cancel within 14 days of your arrival date and receive a 50% refund.
- Cancel within 7 days of your arrival date and receive no refund.
